Setup Guide - 2 minute video
You may receive warnings when downloading the app - you can safely ignore these. We're currently waiting on Microsoft to recognise the app, which is why they are showing.
Go to Settings > Desktop Integration
Click Download
This won't take long, the app is only 5mb (smaller than a photo).
Click Allow
Your browser will ask you to confirm you'd like to download it.
Double click the downloaded file
It will be located in your downloads folder.
Then click "Next" for each step of the installation process. The default settings are correct.
Go to Settings > Desktop Integration and get your license key.
This links the integration with your account. Any recordings you make using the integration, will also show in your VetNotes account.
Note - don't share this key with anyone outside your company.
Enter your license key into VetNotes
You're ready to go!
